GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE PARTICIPANTS

  • Kindly keep your microphone and camera switched off throughout the conference unless you are invited to talk or it is your turn to present.
  • Please do not greet in the chat-box. It will be used for queries and questions.
  • Kindly ensure that you send your presenting material well in advance to avoid any confusion
  • While presenting make sure you have a good internet connectivity and no background disturbance
  • Kindly enter the conference with your real username. Unusual names like (test, user1 etc.) will not be allowed to enter.


  • Registration for all online delegates includes:
  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Online posters and oral sessions
  • Publication of abstract in conference proceedings (with ISBN no.) only after peer reviewing
  • Publication of invited articles/chapters in International Journal (VSRD publications, indexed) or full chapter in edited book (VSRD publications, ISBN no.) only after peer reviewing (sponsored by Organizers)

ABSTRACT

  • The abstract should have a clear and concise title, written in Times New Roman font.
  • Names of all the contributing authors should be listed in the sequence, they should appear in print, identifying the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).
  • Affiliations, Addresses, Email IDs of all the contributing authors should be there.
  • For the font size, please observe: Title (# 14), Names (# 12), Affiliations and Addresses (#10), all given in Italics. Main text of the abstract should be (#12)
  • Maximum word-limit for abstracts is 250 words.
  • Please refer to the brochure for session themes covered under each session. Accordingly, mention the session for which you are submitting your abstract. Please give a minimum of 4-6 keywords.
  • Mail your abstracts as a Word file (97-2003 format) to the Conveners: Prof. Rachna and Prof. Shazia Haider at: icabb22@gmail.com
  • Mention clearly, your preference for Oral presentation/Poster presentation. The final decision will be taken by Technical Committee.
  • Put your name and the session in which you want to present as the subject in the mail (For eg. John_Session I_Computational Biology and its applications).
  • Last date of Abstract Submission: 15th December 2021
  • Abstract IDs will be sent to your Email IDs. Participants can submit the fees after that.

All shortlisted abstracts will be published on confirming the payment of registration fee in the conference proceedings. Selected delegates would be invited to submit full length papers for publication in indexed journal.

E-certificates will be provided to all the registered participants after the evaluation of the attendance criteria.

In case of multiple authors in the abstract, all of them have to register separately for individual certificates.

PRESENTATION

Last date for Abstract submission: 15th December 2021.

ORAL PRESENTATION

  • The total time allotted to each speaker will be 10 minutes (8 for presentation and 2 for questions). The research presentation could be structured as Introduction, Objectives, Workflow, Results, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment.
  • The participants have to upload a video walkthrough of their presentation, with the participant’s introduction (name, affiliation and topic) which will act as a guided presentation for the attendees to view or listen. (strictly upto 25 MB).
  • Content on each slide should be readable with minimum font size of 14.
  • Try using general fonts such as Times New Roman.
  • Presentations should be prepared in the widescreen format with a ratio of 16:9.
  • The presentations will be accepted in PDF (converted from PPT) format only.
  • Please ensure to save the name of your PDF file in the following order only – Day_Topic_Time_Your Name
  • The presenters are required to stay for Q&A session.

SHORT PRESENTATION

  • Content should consist of: Research Work (Introduction, Objectives, Workflow, Results, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment) OR Research Idea (Background, Original Hypothesis, Future Direction, References and Acknowledgment).
  • Presentations should be prepared in the widescreen format with a ratio of 16:9.
  • The presentations will be accepted in PDF (converted from PPT) format only.
  • The participants have to upload a video walkthrough of their short presentation (of 3 minutes), with the participant’s introduction (name, affiliation and topic) which will act as a guided presentation for the attendees to view or listen to while viewing the presentation. (strictly upto 25 MB).
  • The Moderator will display the video of your presentation that you had previously uploaded.
  • After all the presentations, there will be a live Q&A in remaining 10-15 minutes. Therefore, the presenters are required to stay till Q&A session.
  • For Oral and Short presentations, Registration is mandatory (which will be done after the abstract selection). However, for Conference Attendance, (without poster/oral presentation), registration is now active, so get yourself registered soon. In case of more than one contributing author for a paper/poster, each attending member requires to register individually for certificate.

GUIDELINES FOR OFFLINE PARTICIPANTS

    Registration for all offline delegates includes:
  • Admission to all conference sessions, exhibited posters and stalls area
  • Publication of abstract in conference proceedings (with ISBN no.) only after peer reviewing
  • Publication of invited articles/chapters in International Journal (VSRD publications, indexed) or full chapter in edited book (VSRD publications, ISBN no.) only after peer reviewing (sponsored by Organizers)
  • Conference Kit;
  • 1 conference lunch and 2 tea refreshments: for Attendee only
  • 3 conference lunch and 5 tea refreshments; 1 Conference dinner: for all other offline categories

POSTER PRESENTATION

  • The dimensions of the poster board 4ftX3ft (LXW).
  • Preferred font size for Title - 72+, Sub-titles- 54+, Text- 30+, Sub-Text- 20+. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
  • The main body of the poster should include- Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • The text and illustrations should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  • The Introduction should contain 3 to 5 sentences outlining information necessary to understand the study and why it was done.
  • The objectives or aims of the study, the questions to be asked, or the hypothesis to be tested should be clearly stated in as few words as possible.
  • Outline your methods briefly. Provide details only for new methods or important modifications of older ones.
  • Results should be presented as graphs or charts. Provide a key to explain symbols or other details. You may also want to provide an interpretation of the results below each panel.
  • The conclusions and acknowledgements should be concise.
  • The printed Poster hard copies should be taken to the conference by the delegates, and will be posted to the poster area in the designated position according to the “registration Number”.
  • Authors who are presenting the poster are required to stand by their poster during each poster session.
  • Please remove your poster after the assigned date and time. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
